The header image is but a small slice from this complete painting, which was created on a piece of translucent rice paper and then collaged onto Plexiglas. Says Cathy, “When I photograph those pieces I make sure there is a light source bouncing through the Plexi and lighting up the colors. It’s thrilling for me as an artist to work that way.”

I just discovered you. And love your work.
I am collaborating with Bryant Park, NYC for their next year’s summer programs. They have wonderful offerings of poetry,music, film etc in this little pocket park in the middle of NYC. I would love to talk with you about the possibility of your reading your poetry next year. Could you email or call me? I cannot find any place here to send you a direct email! I couldn’t find you on Facebook or Linked In.

In the right-hand sidebar, quite a ways down, is a link called “Contact Me Now.” Otherwise, I’ll call or email you in the next day or two’ just got in from out of town. Will enjoy hearing how you stumbled upon this site, since it’s been mothballed for quite some time…
